All in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email with full tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We currently ship within the United States and exclusively use FedEx as our carrier.
All jewelry and watch orders require a signature upon delivery for security and verification.
An email containing tracking information will be sent as soon as your order has shipped.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If the carrier is unable to obtain a signature after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this situation, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and reshipment fees.
Milke’s Jewelers does not cover costs associated with expedited return shipping.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order departs our facility. This email will include your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.
