At Milke’s Jewelers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
Engraved, custom, or personalized jewelry (such as initials, birthstones, lettering, or custom sizes)
Sale items
Gift cards
All such purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit.
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order for your desired item.
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must meet the same eligibility requirements: unworn, unused, with all original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
